Dedication to Patient Care

Dr. Duan is a dynamic, intelligent and gifted dentist. She takes great pride in treating patients with honesty, respect, compassion, and comfort. She believes her patients should be treated the way she expects her family to be treated, and she loves working with patients of all ages.

Education

Dr. Duan received a Bachelor of Arts from Belhaven University in Computer Information Systems. Next, she earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree with honors from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry. Dr. Duan also completed her Master of Biomedical Science degree with honors. She has earned several scholarships and awards for academic excellence and community service. Dr. Duan is a member of the following organizations: Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics.

Dr. Duan has completed thousands of hours of continuing education and clinical experience in dental implants to become the first and only clinician in Michigan to offer minimally invasive dental implants. She now serves as a faculty member of the AAID where she taught doctors across the nation. She also completed advanced training in many other comprehensive dental procedures during her General Practice Residency at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. She is certified to provide IV Sedation, Clear Correct, Invisalign treatment, AAFE Botox & Dermal Filler treatments, and Hybridge Full Mouth Rehab. 

Personal Life

Dr. Duan lives with her family in Royal Oak. She enjoys community service, fitness, travel, and spending time with her family and friends. She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and teaches in the Metro Detroit area.

Professional Excellence for your Treatment

Dr. Fraschetti has extensive advanced training and experience in treating patients with temporomandibular (TMJ) disorders, *functional orthodontics, and sleep apnea. Dr. Fraschetti is recognized for his ability to combine skeletal diagnosis with neuromuscular dentistry. He has developed a systematic, non-surgical approach to the corrective treatment of TMJ/head and neck pain. Dr. Fraschetti's goal is to maximize your comfort during dental treatment and help alleviate TMJ symptoms such as headaches, neck and shoulder pain, jaw pain, clicking or popping in the jaw, and tinnitus (ringing in the ears).

Education

Dr. Fraschetti earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry in 1984. In 2003, he achieved Fellowship status from the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics (FICCMO). In 2014, Dr. Fraschetti was awarded the college’s highest award, Mastership (MICCMO). This honor represents the pinnacle of professional excellence in his field.

Personal Life

Dr. Fraschetti and his wife Karen, have been married for over thirty-four years and reside in Birmingham. They have three daughters. In addition to his dental expertise, Dr. Fraschetti is an accomplished pianist and bassist. He currently plays bass in two bands, Relic-classic Rock and Steelhead-Southern Rock, Blues, and Modern Country.
